Pickup meets Lifestyle.
If you’ve been following me on Instagram, you probably saw me having the time of my life at the Mercedes-Benz event last week… Drinks, canapés, art installations and Tinie Tempah – oh, yasss! *rewatches his insta stories all over again* I had the unique opportunity to experience the brand new Mercedes-Benz X-Class before everyone else. This was my first ever car launch event and it exceeded all of my expectations!
The Mercedes-Benz X-Class is uniquely versatile. It can be used as a rugged, all-terrain pickup but also as a vehicle, perfect for urban lifestyles. Tough and stylish… Sounds just like me, right?
The event was held in South East London’s old Printworks factory. There were a total of 6 X-Class vehicles on display. One was used as an art object, bathed in changing lights and projected from a kaleidoscope. Another X-Class was utilised as a bar assistant filled with beer and ice, whilst the blue version of the pickup was used as a DJ stand for the exhibition area! Everyone from our blogging community was there and we haven’t had so much fun since the Patron Tequila event last summer. Although we won’t bring this up again, okurrr?! *tries to erase memories from his drunken antics, yikes*
