July is one of the most significant months of my existence. From graduating high school, college and university to starting my life in Norfolk and London, July has always been that time of the year when life-changing moments unfold.
I find it hard to believe the fact that I’ve already spent a third of my life living in the United Kingdom. *yikes* It feels like it was yesterday when this pure innocent soul was packing his bags and taking his one-way flight to a better (more promising) future… AND guess what, I’m still here living the life I’ve always dreamed of. It all seems so surreal when I’m thinking about it now! *damn*
This month, I’m celebrating another key moment in my life. It was my first time being on a cruise and first time visiting 5 cities ( and3 countries) in 7 days. *globe trotter alert* Also, it was my first time visiting Italy. *I can’t believe it myself* Therefore, I’m dying to see more of the land of pizza. Who wants to join me?! *travel buddy application is now open*
Category is… Summer Daze!
Several weeks ago, I was so stoked to partner with Jacamo because they’re all about living in the moment, in all shapes and sizes. *hashtag live YOUR moment* So, if you haven’t popped onto their awesome website yet – you’re missing out big time. They’ve just added so many new pieces to their store, so you should definitely check these guys out!
Denim has always been a core item in my ever-expanding wardrobe. I always get a few pairs of jeans for every season because they are just so darn comfortable! *lives his best denim fantasy*
The other day, I popped into Mennace to stock up on some of my favourites for the summer. I snatched a pair of straight cropped jeans with a side stripe and complimented it with an orange tee and leather gladiator sandals. These cropped jeans have the perfect amount of stretch, which will fit you like a glove. Therefore, the overall look is great for a chilled Saturday afternoon, filled with bottomless prosecco and cakes because why not! *no regrets*
Oh, and in case you were wondering, I shot this look at Crossrail Place Roof Garden in Canary Wharf. Ed and I were celebrating the Royal Wedding with the royal afternoon tea by the docks. I mean… you can’t get any fancier than that!
So, what do you think of this look? Would you get any of these items from Mennace? Let me know in the comments section below!

A few weeks ago, Renata and I flew to New York to wine, dine and have an absolute blast! *pardy non-stop* We spent 7 days scouting the Big Apple and eating our body weight in pizza on pizza, whilst having zero crust to give. *postpones beach body goals for next year*
This was my second time visiting the New York City. My first time was way back in 2011 when I was still studying in Cambridge. I was this young (and naive) 20-year-old, dreaming of living in a big city like New York. *channels his inner-Carrie Bradshaw* From tall buildings to quirky diners, every corner of this city left me inspired for years to come. Therefore, I knew that I’ll be back there one day… and I was!
However, 7 years later and I see myself constantly comparing New York to London. Even though both cities have their own charm but London’s been severely growing on me in recent years such that I can’t see myself living anywhere else but in the Big Smoke. *London boy at heart* Oh, and, I miss my cosy little bed in Fitzrovia, butter melting on my crumpets and breakfast tea brewing to the Gods!
Shades of Mine.
On this particular day, I was scouting about the Upper East Side in hopes of accidentally bumping into Blair Waldorf. *xoxo, Gossip Girl* I picked up my new favourite Emporio Armani sunglasses which I discovered at the Sunglasses Shop a while ago. Their new collection features a matte rose gold frame with gold mirrored lenses. My gal Victoria (@philorose) was super jel of those because her current Instagram feed is serving some serious role gold vibes. Therefore, she’s on a mission to collect as many rose gold items as possible. *hides his shades in a Philorose-free place*
To complete this shady look, I’ve decided to serve my signature London boy realness. I paired a single-breasted summer mac from Burton with a short-sleeve shirt with feather details to bring out the right colour of the jacket. I’m also stoked to finally take my favourite pair of Converse boots out for a play. You’re definitely going to see more of those babies in my summer #ootd posts. Yay!

Another London Fashion Week has come to an end. *whew* It feels like it’s been just a couple of weeks since the last one but here we are again, celebrating 5 days of killer fashions from all over the world. My weekend was packed with endless burger brunches, blogger hangouts and fancy INTO lounges to name a few. Therefore, I’m super excited to finally take it easy and have some me-time for the next few days. *puts on a kettle and binge-watches YouTube videos*
In a great tradition of my own fashion week trends, I decided to wear red again! *yay* But this time, I ditched the skirt and went for a designer bag instead. *feels all grown up*
I’ve been collaborating with John Smedley for quite some time but never had a chance to showcase it on my blog… until now! Their SS18 knits have a very distinct contemporary appeal to it which perfectly compliments my existing spring/summer wardrobe.
In this shoot, I paired John Smedley’s Seaham knit with my favourite loose carrot-fit trousers and black leather shoes. Seaham knit is remarkably soft to wear on the skin because it’s made from the finest Sea Island Cotton. John Smedley has over 230 years of experience, crafting some of the best knitwear pieces in the industry. So, it was an obvious choice to go for this fashion week.
To finish off this look, I picked up my brand new tote bag from Aspinal of London. This black leather bag perfectly fits my whole life in it… and then some!
What do you think of this look? Would you wear any of these pieces? Please do let me know in the comments section below!

Gifting is hands down my favourite part of the holiday season. Seeing a loved one’s face light up when opening a gift that I put so much thought and effort into is just priceless. There’s nothing more important than sharing these kinds of memories with my close friends and family, especially when I don’t get to visit them that very often.
Next week, I’m going back to Lithuania for Christmas. So, I’ll be spending seven days talking about London and explaining everyone what a ‘blogger does’ for a living. Sounds fun, right? But on a serious note, I’m so incredibly lucky to have such a wonderful and supportive family. I couldn’t imagine the Christmas holiday without them! *grabs a tissue*
This season, I picked some of my favourite brands and put together a last-minute Christmas gift guide. Are you ready?! *plays cheesy Christmas songs in the background*
A Show of Stars.
It’s shocking to know that my Nan has never been in London. *shook* So, as her favourite grandson, I decided to look out for the brand that celebrates this delightfully whimsical world. Molton Brown has gift sets rich with seasonal luxuries and London in mind. Their festive wrapping is British-made in bespoke colours like bitter chocolate and celebrated in a signature grosgrain knot. I opted for their vintage with elderflower candle, shower gel and lotion set.
The Rare Blend.
Crafted in the heart of Jamaica, this rare golden rum blend is rich in mahogany hue, confident woody character and smooth robust taste. The Appleton Estate Rare Blend is produced in the lush Nassau Valley in Jamaica, which is the oldest rum distillery with over 265 years of experience. Therefore, this is a must-have item for any rum fan. Starts at £34.99.
The Cornerstone of a Great Day!
There’s no need for introduction, Cornerstone is my top shaving supply service of 2017! *once again, makes bold statements without any regrets* Cornerstone’s gift sets start at £30 and include a personalised razor handle, set of 6 blades, face scrub, shave gel, post-shave balm and travel blade cover. On top of that, the recipient will receive a £10 gift card to use on their next shaving set. What a wonderful time to master the art of shaving!
Skin ageing. Reversed.
Based on one of the most recent and important anti-ageing discoveries, Dr. Levy’s skincare products have been a vital part of my daily skincare regiment for months. Proven to boost your stem cell activity, Dr. Levy’s Booster Serum attracts and retains precious moisture to give that sought-after ‘plumping’ effect. Shea butter, vitamin E and aloe leaf juice work to calm and condition, while strengthening your skin’s defences. *found the secret to his eternal youth* Even though the price might be a little bit steep but your mother will thank you for the years to come!
An Inseparable Pair.
Sometimes, my obsession with smartphone cases and Apple Watch straps get a little bit out of hand. *orders one too many* From artist collections to make-your-own ones, there are many options for you to create that perfect gift for a tech-savvy loved one. Case Station currently runs daily Christmas deals and giveaways. So, you must check these guys out if you haven’t already! Starts at £19.99.
No Ordinary Designer Label.
Rugged good looks and sleek design make this Ted Baker watch a perfect companion for both your casual days out and formal suit and tie events. A coin-edge bezel rounds a sleek gunmetal watch marked with clean bar indexes and a date window on the grey sunray dial… Or also known as, a timeless timepiece for a millennial-mindset individual. *thumbs up*
The Whiskey Collector.
Every man in my family is a whiskey fan. So, there’s a huge pressure for me to find a good quality whiskey that is rich in taste. Woodford Reserve Double Oaked is ideal for whiskey lovers wishing to grow their collection. This double barrelling of mature Woodford Reserve allows the spirit to extract an additional amount of soft, sweet oak character. The result is a complex
flavour of vanilla, dark caramel, hazelnut, apple and spices with a long, creamy finish and lingering hints of honeyed apple. Priced at £66.
